I think you need a balanced diet unlike the person who only ate maca's because otherwise you will get really sick and you will not get what the vitamins you need.

I think you should rarely eat fast food because it will wreak you blood and sugar levels and pressures and you will not get the vitamins and minarels you need and you can also get a variety of heart diseases.

That thirty days has already damaged his heart and liver and his colastrol levels have sky rocketed, meaning he is very unfit and depressed and is struggling with life.

Eating lots of McDonald's is very bad for your heart because all the food you eat go's to make blood.your heart pumps blood around the body so all the McDonald's you eat can be very bad for your heart.

Mcdonalds food has lots of fat and suger in so eating it every day will cause high blood pressure and a fatty liver making you a more at risk of heart failure.

The problem with McDonald's is that they suck people in so they eat more of there food because the service is fast, but your body does not like it so much because of the sugar builds up in your body and later in life you may have heart and liver problems.

I think you need to have a balanced diet because it's very bad for your heart and liver. In 30 days he ate 30 pounds of sugar and it would take a very long time to burn off all those sugars. His cholesterol levels and his blood pressure went up heaps.

If you don't have a balanced diet of fruit and veges you heart and liver will turn fat and will have to much sugar in your body. You need to stay heathy and not drink or eat lollies everyday. You can cam lollies once a week but not every day. On the video his blood level went up heaps which means he would be bouncing off the walls

I think that nobody should ever eat that much McDonalds ever maybe have eat once a month but no more than twice. Eating so much McDonalds gives you severe headaches, breathing problems and heart and liver problems. All that will have a major effect on your life because you get so much sugar that your body cant break down and you will gain alot of weight

You also don't eat the vitamins you need. I would say that you have fast food once a month and you should eat a nice healthy diet with all the vitamins you need!!!
